Everything works great on PBI Desktop, scheduled refresh shows error

Hello Sir,

 

I hope you are doing great. Sorry for bothering you, I would like to ask what seems to be the problem on my report or gateway, because when Its having an error when refreshing the data on web app both manually and scheduled refresh. but I can refresh the report on my Power BI Desktop then publish it. In that way, the data are updated but that is not convenient because I have to do it manually everyday.

I would submit this as a support issue. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Hello Sir @Greg_Deckler, thank you for your response, I tried to create a ticket for this issue ( I know I have a PRO license) but it gives me this error:

Do you have idea how to check if I have the PRO version? 

 

Note : I am one of the admin of our portal.
