Esri Maps doesn't show when I published the report to web

I publised my report to power BI cloud, and then I clicked on file and publish to web, I got the link and it doesn't show the ESRI map I added from ym desktop application although it does show on the power BI cloud. Is there any issue with the API, please let me know if there is a workaround to this issue. Thanks, Hanna

I have tested it on my local environment, we can reproduce this issue.

Based on the error message below we can know this feature is not supported currently.
"For embedded visuals, ArcGIS Maps for Power BI (Preview) is currently not supported"

Based on my research, there is no other functionally to workaround this issue. You can share a dashboard to your customers if ther need to access this report.
