Re: Error with iframe and embed code

When I try to use an embed code for a iframe, I get this error. I have tried it for several reports:

ResourceNotFoundThe specified resource does not exist. RequestId:678ff441-0001-0031-6ccc-69ba30000000 Time:2016-02-17T21:45:45.3667903Z

The iframe tag I used was pasted from the powerbi site.

Hi,

Can you share the embed code you are using?

One tip that might help, if the iframe uses, for the source, "http" change it to "https".

The funny thing is that I get different codes depending on where I go. I get one code from Manage Embed Codes and another from File->Publish to web when in View Mode for the report. With the first I get the "resource not found" error and with the second the Power BI loading GIF appears but just stays there. This is the source in my Test.html file:

Are you using the API to get the list of dashboards/reports? this is the way I currently get the embed codes for Iframes and it works as expected. Cutting and pasting from PBI itself will not work.
