Error while scheduled refreshing

Hello!

I store my data in a Sharepoint list. My report has automatic refresh every 1 hour.

I have not made any changes to the data recently, but refreshing occasionally fails (2 times happened for the last 2 days). For example, it failed at 6 am, but refreshed at 7 am.

Data source error:The command has been canceled.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: CMP.
Cluster URI:WABI-NORTH-EUROPE-redirect.analysis.windows.net
Activity ID:8d84277f-593c-4689-b9ee-b7e8693cd5b6
Request ID:03dc6dec-d9ed-45f5-8a69-0a75c39a59ef
Time:2018-04-20 04:08:04Z

I see that the table name is mentioned, but I just cannot understand why most of the time it refreshes and some other time it does not, having the same dataset.

Thanks!

Hi @Katerina_e

There are many factors may cause this issue, such as high density of data and low network bandwidth.

We need figure out the cause by the error it throwed.

You may have a refer to the similar thread. Hope it helpful.
