I am using AWS Redshift with odbc connection as my backend dataset. Can anyone suggest any solution for the issue. Its urgent.

Hi,
When you refresh first time in the service, whole dataset will refresh get refreshed. On second time only, the incremental refresh will work.
Thanks,

Hi @TiwariNeha
80 million records seems more than enough to surpass the size allowed for your dataset. What's the size of your dataset? After refreshing your report in your desktop, if your Pibx file is over 1GB of size then with a pro License it won't work.

Hi @aj1973 , My dataset size is 630 MB. there is no issue while publishing it , but when i try to do the full refresh for the first time i get timeout error after 2 hours.
Indeed, if the full refresh makes the size of the dataset exceed the 1GB allowed for a Pro license then the Gateway will through a Timeout
Try a full refresh in your desktop to confirm.

In the Power BI Service, Can you check Settings > Manage Gateway > if the Gateway connection is working, you
test the connection there and find out if any issues exist such as credentials etc.
