Error while refreshing the data in power bi service. How to resolve this issue?

Please try to clear all data source settings and configure them again in Power BI.

1. Data Source -

2. DS On-Prem/Cloud - 

3. Connectivity Mode -

4. Have you used Gateway - 

5. Gateway (On-Prem / Personal)

Note:- If the gateway is used to refresh, Please try to upgrade to the latest version and try to re-pro the issue.

Thanks for the reply @venal 

My data source is SQL server as well as excel. I am using on premises gateway (personal mode). I have been using 3 dashboards with the same gateway. I am getting this same error in refreshing all the three dashboards.

You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
