2. DS On-Prem/Cloud -
3. Connectivity Mode -
4. Have you used Gateway -
5. Gateway (On-Prem / Personal)
Note:- If the gateway is used to refresh, Please try to upgrade to the latest version and try to re-pro the issue.

My data source is SQL server as well as excel. I am using on premises gateway (personal mode). I have been using 3 dashboards with the same gateway. I am getting this same error in refreshing all the three dashboards.
You could check the Issues forum here:
