We can't update our content organizaitonal pack anymore for an unknown reason.  It has been updated every few days for a month+ without issue.  How can we find out more information regarding the error so we can potentially self diagnose?  Otherwise, can someone offer some assistance on how to resolve this?

Thanks!

I've experienced the same issue in order to update internal organization pack (based on 1 dashboard, 1 report and 1 dataset).

The update was related to one dashboard update (just layout).

After this error, also I cannot delete the content pack.

I have currently encountered the same issue.  Previously, I had updated content packs nearly daily.  Now, today, I can't edit them at all.  I also can't delete any of the reports or data sets.  I tried to re-grab a content pack or re-publishing reports but it did not work and now I have a workplace with multiple copies of reports and such but can't delete any of them and am not sure which ones are connected to packs.

I'm also having the same issue Today.  I can't edit or delete my content pack.

Hi,

Can you try to create a new one ?

With the same content, or if you have an issue, with each element of your first pack.
