Hi @janislv 

Could you tell me what kind of data source and what kind of connection mode you choose(Import, Direct Query or Live connection) to build your report?

In Power BI service, please check if the dataset and gateway settings are fine. Also please download the report and open it in Power BI desktop, click on refresh button to see if the same issue occurs. 

If you couldn't refresh in your Power BI desktop, there may be something wrong in your datasource. Please check it.
