Error message with some viewers since composite model introduction

Hello all,

I have recently built the first report based on composite models.
All reports are consolidated within one app.
But since the implementation, I think there are some viewers that receive errors. All visuals on the report are not loaded and an error message appears per visual.
What is the reason for this? I have basically not changed anything in this context.
I have only added a new page to a report, which is visualized on the basis of a new Excel file. All other pages still have the same structure etc.
Do any of you have any advice?

Hi @joshua1990 ,

Is there any detailed error information, such as error code, error description.

Best Regards,

Jay

Hey @joshua1990 ,

as far as I know the users need viewer access on the original dataset.

Can you check if they have that accesse?

If you need any help please let me know.
If I answered your question I would be happy if you could mark my post as a solution ✔️ and give it a thumbs up 👍

Hey Denis,

thanks for your support.

All users/ viewers are listed within the App Permissions:

Update App > Permissions.

I can't select any specific access rights. Do you mean that?
