Error in management gateway setting

Hi,

 

There is error message when i tried to manage gateway as follow;


Something went wrong
Failed to connect to gateway. Please try again later.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

Hi @RitaP_123 ,

 

There are several points you can considerate:

 

1. You have added all the data sources of the dataset within gateway, and ensure the connection strings you use are same as that you use in Power BI Desktop.

 

2. Try to upgrade the Gateway to the latest version.

 

There was an intermittent issues for Power BI Service in the Europe and Australia region in last week. Maybe you can try it again.
