Error in Refreshing data in power Bi cloud

Hi All,

 

The poerbi desktop file refreshes without errors. But when i publish it and refresh it gives the following error.

My datasource is MS SQL on cloud.

PLEASE HELP TO RESOLVE THIS.

 

There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.

have you ever published it successfully or other dashboards from this source before?  are you sure you connecting to the right server.   How is your file set up to refresh in the service.

Hi @vanessafvg ,

 

I have published reports using the same source and they are refreshing without errors, both manually as well as scheduled. 

I have few others when published gives the above error, but refreshes without errors when refreshed through the power bi desktop.

hmm i found this older thread, might be best to log a support ticket to microsoft..
