Error in Power BI service for direct query

Hello,

I am working on one report where I am getting data from SAP BW system using direct query. The visualization works perfectly fine for Power BI desktop but getting error in Power BI service as below, (Not able to see any data)

"This report could not acees the datasource because it doesn't have permission. Choose another data gateway. or contact gateway administrator."

The gateway used is connected successfully and we have activated SSO for gateway . 

What could be the reason for this??
