Error in Direct Query and Azure database connect

Hi all,

I'm using the direct query function to connect my local data in Sharepoint and Azure data cube to share local reports with my team. Most of the team can access and use the dashboard but some users got the issue as in the image below.
RLS is setup in azure analysis service cube and is leveraged by Power BI in live connection.
Is that the Direct Querry function is not stable and can not apply to every account? I got confused because if the problem comes from RLS, it must have happened to everyone, not in some cases.

Noted with many thanks if anyone can help.
