Error SignatureNotMatchCredentialError when refreshing data

Hi,

 

I use an on-premises data gateway (personal mode) to refresh data stored in Excel files on the server of my company. It worked perfectly for the last 2 months and suddenly it stopped last tuesday for no obvious reason.

 

It gives me this error :

Datasource error :{"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_SignatureNotMatchCredentialError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_SignatureNotMatchCredentialError","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: TBL_LOCATION.

And when I try to edit credentials I got this :

In english, it says that the update of credentials failed because the specified account doesn't exist.

 

To fix this I tried to update the gateway, and also uninstall to install again the gateaway but it didn't change anything.

 

Any idea to help me cope with this error will be appreciated.

Specified account does not exist" error message when domain users try to change their password in UPN format in a different domain.

Kindly refer to the posts whether help.

After investigation, the password of the domain owner was effectively changed.
