Error Message

I keep getting this error message when I try to access my dashboard - any suggestions?

 

This page isn’t working

app.powerbi.com is currently unable to handle this request.

Hi @lkraft002 

 

Can you try it from another PC or another network to see if that resolves your issue

 

As far as I can see Power BI is up and running.

All, I see this is a very old issue, but i have followed these steps cleared the cache, cleared the cookies, and still no dice. Any other helpful tips?

Thanks GilbertQ. I was able to get it going in Internet Explorer. I finally cleared out the temp files on my computer, after clearing cache/cookies and, and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks for your help!
