Erro em Gateway de dados pessoais

Estamos com este erro ao agendar atualização de dados.

Verifique se o gateway de dados (modo pessoal) está instalado e configurado corretamente.Ocultar detalhes

Possuimos um gateway instalado e configurado corretamente.

As the error message said, the issue happens because you haven't installed/configured data gateway(personal) properly, not the on-premises data gateway in your screenshot. In addtion, if you installed and configure the personal gateway with same account in other PC, the previous gateway will be invalid.

Hello,

You should post in English, since it is an English forum so you can reach more people. I had this kind of issue in my previous job, the only way to solve this was deleting my gateway and reinstall it.

Again, if you post in English someone can have a better answer.
