Enterprise gateway keeps looking offline to schedule refresh??

For some reason, my scheduled refresh on my datasets keeps giving me this error:

However, if I go to the dataset in the PBI service, and check the Gateway connection status, it shows as Running with a green tick?
If I go to Manage Gateways in the service, it also shows as online.
If I go to the server where the gateway is installed, and open it up, there is a message there which says 'Your gateway is all set up'
 
Is there anything I can do to find the cause of this?

Hi @ansa_naz

It is a known issue reported here.

"Some users in the North Europe region may experience intermittent scheduled refresh failures and receive a "Your data gateway is offline or couldn't be reached" error. Engineers are working on a fix and will provide an ETA soon."

 

I will update as soon as i get more information.

I can see some error logs on the server for PBI, maybe its something else? Im not sure how to read these logs, so I have added them below, maybe someone who has experiece in this can help?
