Hi everyone

The "Enter Full Screen Mode" link icon at the bottom of each of my embedded visualisations are not working ... that is, when clicking the link, nothing is happening. It is not going to full screen mode. I have tried with both Chrome and Edge browsers. The other links work, such as the "Share" button.

Hi @TeigeGao

We have found the cause of the problem. In our content management system, Squiz, there is a setting for embedded content that needs to be activated, allowfullscreen="true", which has been set, and now the visualisations are able to expand.

Many thanks for looking into this for me. Letting me know that the HTML code had no action combined with the button was a good lead.

Regards

Luke

Hi @lukeoz ,

Could you please share the screenshot to us for analysis? Which icon are you clicking?

Best Regards,

Teige

Hi Teige, I am clicking the diagonal double arrow at the bottom right of the embedded visualisation ... it is circled in red

Many thanks

Hi @lukeoz ,

Based on my test, I can't click this button either, based on my checking on the html code, I found this button has no action combined with it. Could you please tell me how did you embed this visual?

Best Regards,

Teige

We are using a platform called Squiz to produce our web content. Do you think it might be to do with that?
