Embedding a report in sharepoint - Access permissions for large groups of users

Hi All,

I have a BI report which is nearly finished. The intention is to embed it on a sharepoint site page.

I need anyone who has access to the sharepoint site to be able to view the report (i.e. have the correct permissions).

The sharepoint site will be accessed by a few thousand users - so it's not possible to share the report to each person individually.

What is the best / more efficient way to go about this?

Hi @ggargan ,

You could create a new Microsoft 365 group and add these users in the group(still need add manually).

Then you could add entire group to workspace or directly share with this group.

Hi Jay, Thanks for that. I have looked at that page. The document lists several ways to share the report, but I struggle with understanding the best way for my particular scenario (Sharepoint & 1000+ users with view permissions). Is there any more specifics you could give me? Thanks!
