I've embedded a sharepoint page as the home page on my Power BI app by adding a link that opens in content area. The sharepoint page is open to all users so should be visible to everyone.
Most people see it no problem, but some users get an error screen with the message "login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect". If I access the sharepoint page directly on the user account, they can see it, so the error is happening somewhere in Power BI. Any idea how i can fix this?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Please try to use popups/add-in communication via web sockets in your app to handle the login request:

And there are several links posts similar yo this problem. Please check if these could help you a little.

thank you for your reply. i don't quite understand how I can possibly implement those where the power bi app only gives me an option to add a URL and nothing further?
