Embedding Reports as iframe in Sharepoint not working in Internet Explorer 11

Hi All,

This seems to be an urgent issue which I need the help. I am trying to embed some PowerBI reports on a sharepoint page using iframe. The report is working fine with Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers after the signin to the service occurs. But when it comes to IE 11, the click of sign in on the report causes the IE window to close and the program crashes(or the sharepoint tab will automatically get closed). I followed the threads related to the same query and I have added a 

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=11" >

tag for compatability as per one of the solution. Still it is not working. Please help me out.

We are currently using the sharepoint classic sites and not yet supporting modern site creation in our firm, so we cannot add powerbi webpart in Sharepoint. Any way to make it work as an iFrame?
