Email subscriptions don't send to Secondary email addresses

Power BI licenses set up for our client do not relate to an actual email address. We very much need to be able to set up email subscritions that do send to their actual email address.

We've tried adding a secondary email address but that has done nothing.

Any ideas?

So there is no mailbox for those Azure AD tenant IDs where you could setup forwarding?

Hi Greg.

So the IT team did try setting up a Secondary (forwarding) address in Azure AD but it still resolve the issue.

We're in a situation where we can't receive gateway failure notifications nor use subscribed emails for our clients.
