I'm quite confused with this issue. I set up a dashboard. me and one other user subscribed to it. I keep receiving the emails everyday. She dosen't.
We checked her account on powerbi.com and everything seems fine.
We checked our Firewall 's logs. Her email stoped showing in one month ago. (then, it was hollidays )
Any idea of how to solved this ?

What I would suggest doing is for your fellow worker to go into the Dashboard and click on Subscribe, once the Window opens delete the Subscription.
Then go back into the same Dashboard and click Subscribe again. NOTE: Make sure that it does not say Draft in red when completing the subscription. Then click Save and Close on the bottom.

So what can be done if it does say draft in red?
