Email subscription stopped

Good morning BI team,

 

Wishing you all a very happy new year 2021.

 

I have a set of subscriptions to reports that were working fine until 12/01/2021. Since this morning, they've stopped working without any error messages/failure reports. I tried running them manually, I get the success notification but the emails are not being sent out. I checked my inbox/spam thoroughly. Also, I've cross checked with several other accounts on our domain and all of them have the same issue. 

 

How can I fix this issue ?

Hi,@dilipraghu 

 

This is a known issue:

Power BI customers may have intermittent delays receiving email notifications. Azure engineers have identified the root cause and a mitigation is being applied, full recovery is expected by 05 PM PST.

Please try the subscription opreation again.

I'm having similar problems, there are around 50 minutes delays before receiving subscription emails.

We are also facing issue with subscription not sending out emails since 1/7/21. however today we set up subscription and it does sent out email but it took more than 2 hours while for some users it took 3-4 hours. 

Please help.

I am having the same issue. Refreshed reports a couples of times but still won't work

Good Day 

 

Same problem experienced here in South Africa. Users are complaining that they did not receive their emails today 13Jan2021. I have tested by setting up a new one and RUN NOW. I have also not received the emails.

Please HELP !!!
