Email subscription comes blank

All of my emails subscriptions are recently coming with a blank attachment /no data.
I would understand if the refresh times out every once in a while but it's been more than 2 weeks now.
Any ideas?

The dashboard or reporter they come from work properly and you can see data in there.

What happens if you delete and re-create the subscription?

Same result. And if I enter the dashboard from the email data is also blank but it promptly refreshes and shows the actual information.
