Email daily reports to group or distribution list

This is nice:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/refresh-troubleshooting-refresh-scenarios#ema...

I would like to have a report that a lead developer or group could review every day of all automated refreshes for the day.  For instance, we have production reports in a workspace for a business group labeled "Important Reports".  Reports developed in "Important Reports" are created by 10 developers.  A single daily email would include a list of failures across all of the refresh attempts and reports.  It's helpful to see for the purposes of who's the owner, provide additional info when a team member is out of the office, and keep an eye on potentially larger problems.

If PowerAutomate helps I do have access to that.

Hi @mateoc15 ,

Not very clear. Check if the REST APIs could help.

Hi @mateoc15 ,

Since you are looking for data from multiple reports and whether or not they have refreshed I can refer to something that we did one time.  We have done this by creating a new report that is simply the last refresh date of each of the reports - a report of reports if you will.  Then, you can do the subscribe thing or everybody can set up alerts for each one.

Excellent @collinq , that sounds like exactly what I'm looking for.  What is the data source for this report metadata?  ie - how/what do I connect to?

HI @mateoc15 ,

You can either have a field in the data itself - some data sources have a "date last exported" or "date last modified" for the entire database.  Or, you can get the date that the table was updated (if you are looking for when the data itself was updated) from the database metadata.

Or, if you are looking for the data that the reprot last refreshed you can build a last refresh date field like this article explains  Add last refresh date to a Power BI report - Azure DevOps | Microsoft Docs

And then, in the published version you can do an alert for "whenever the date is more than one day older than today" or whatever criteria you are needing.
