Email Subscriptions not sending for one person in company

I have created an email subscription for 15 coworkers, but one of them does not get emails. Maybe someone has ideas why this is happening?

If the email goes to other folks and not one person, the first thing I would suspect is that the email address is not correct.  I would delete that person's name from the list and then re-add them (manually, don't copy and paste).  The second option is that this person has a filter and/or junk folder and/or rule that isn't allowing the email to come to them to their inbox? Next option, is this name in a different domain and you do not have Premium capacity?  Does the report have Row level security, that could affect it as well.
