We're having an issue where email subscriptions are only working sporadically and sometimes users that were receiving email subscriptions will suddenly not get them. Is there any way to resolve? Users are getting frustrated and are doubting the capability of the product. Thanks.
When subscribe a report,
So the issue maybe caused by that your report dataset not refresh successful. If your report data not change, you will not receive a email. Please make sure that your report dataset success and there have date updated in your data source.

Sorry - that's not the problem. The dataset is refreshing properly. The emails just ramdomly stop for some, but not all users.
