We're having an issue where email subscriptions are only working sporadically and sometimes users that were receiving email subscriptions will suddenly not get them. Is there any way to resolve? Users are getting frustrated and are doubting the capability of the product. Thanks.
You will receive an email snapshot of each report page when the report is refreshed.
If the report doesn't refresh, you will not receive a snapshot email that day.
If the report refreshes more than once a day, you will only receive the email snapshot after the first refresh.
So the issue maybe caused by that your report dataset not refresh successful. If your report data not change, you will not receive a email. Please make sure that your report dataset success and there have date updated in your data source.
