Subscribe to email for report failed to load (see below screenshot), the wheel keeps turning but never successfully loaded.
Subscribe to email for dashboard is OK. What's wrong with that? It looks like Microsoft error.
@cantoneye - This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have seen an issue like this reported on the forums in the last day or so. That points to it being some kind of Service related issue. You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
