Email/PBI service notifications when access is requested for an app

Hi,

We are currently managing our access with on-premises AD groups for the apps that are assigned to the premium capacity. When a free user requests access for an app there is no way we can know who requested access to a specific app unless we go to the ACCESS section while updating the app. Just FYI, we use gmail in our organization. Can anyone please suggest how to get these notifications via email or in the notifications section in the PBI service.

Thanks in advance

Hi @Anonymous,

You can try to use audit log, it will record detail operation logs. I haven't found a way to extract records from audit log and send to users.

Using auditing within your organization
