Elastic API Queries - unable to refresh from the service

The problem  is that I have Elastic API queries populating data in a PBI report.

Report can be refreshed from the desktop but once it's published to the service, it's unable to refresh the data.

Any thoughts?

Hi @nerra

What API Queries dose you use in Power BI Desktop ?

When you refresh data in Power BI Service , Is there an error display ?

Maybe you can refer to the link below :

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/datasets/refreshdatasetingroup

Best Regards

Hi. Can you show us how did you code the power query structure of the requests? depending on how you build it we can suggest changes that may be able to handle the refresh on service. That's not something that works always, but it's the last shot. Otherwise you might need to create a previous process with any extraction tool or coding language to get the data from the API and store it in some place that Power Bi will get from later.

Regards,
