Editing Workspace is not showing the list of the existing workspace members

To whom it may concern

I have been managing so many workspaces within the Premium Capacity of the PowerBI Portal.

All of them have been working perfectly fine in terms of checking the existing users while editing the Workspace, however, the below one did not give me the list of the users for some reason.

and workspace members are empty

 

I did try to give an access to a new member and it did work, the user received the invitation but again when I edit the workspace, it does not show any members.

What could be the issue?

Could you advise?

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please check if you have added the user's email address or group email address? If the member is in the group address, the member could visit your worspace. And I could not visit the link you have posted in this issue, could you please post a picture if possible?
