I'm looking to reformat the reports that are automatically created when I connect my Quickbooks data to the app in Power BI Service. I am unable to edit or move the report to my Workspace, while my colleague is able to do both. I am currently using the free trial for Pro, while my colleague is using a Pro License. Could it have something to do with limitations of the Pro Trial? We've tested using the same Quickbooks Online account.

It seems you need the old portals of the Services. There is an UI change recently. Please follow the guide in the snapshot.
In case you can't see the picture, "Get Data" -> "Service Content Packs" (hyperlinks in the bottom)
