E-mails from subscriptions stopped being send suddenly

Hi there,


I have regularly issues with the sending of e-mails from a subscription I have created. The service seems to be inconsistent as the mails are not always send. Subscription.PNGSubscription1.PNG


It does not provide a reliable service and my peers are counting on this as I use this as an official communication channel for my change management process. What am I doing wrong here?

If the report or dashboard is hosted in Premium capacity, you can subscribe other individual email addresses and group aliases. If the report or dashboard isn't hosted in Premium capacity, you can subscribe other individuals, but they too must have Power BI Pro licenses. See Considerations and troubleshooting below for details.

I have a similar problem: Sometimes the emails are not sent at all, sometimes they are up to several hours late. The same problem also occurs when I click on the "Run Now" button.

That is exactly what I encounter. This time the mails were send hours later. When I hitted the run now, they also were send much later resulting in prescribers to receive multiple mails. Which actually is very anoying.
