Hi,
I am looking at RLS for looking at a user’s id and matrix security level and filtering on it less and equal to.
I have started to look at this I can filter by the user id fine, but I need to also filter on a second table for the security.
I can do this with the desktop via a page level filter, but I am unable to replicate this to the DAX statement in the RLS role.
This is what I have started to build but I am unsure if this is the correct way of doing this?
If( Filter( 'user_data_rls (3)', 'user_data_rls (3)'[ntid]=userprincipalname()) ,'user_data_rls (3)'[metric_securty_level] <= RELATED ('metrix_security_temp'[metrix_no]) )
Any help will be great.
Thanks
