Dynamics 365 to Power BI Appsource - Metadata Error

I'm getting an error when I try to connect to appsource from PowerBI for the Sales and other reports for Dynamics 365

Failed to update data source credentials: OData: The feed's metadata document appears to be invalid.

Has anyone else gotten this error? It's been almost a week and it still hasn't resolved.

Hi @pcowman,

Actually this is a known issue. We can work around by this way.

  1. Add a blank query

      2.In the advanced editor, enter the code like this.

let
    Source = Odata.Feed("URL")
in
Source

Hope this will be helpful.

Didn't work to do that in Desktop, publish and then try to access appsource

Hi @pcowman,

Did the way that I shared work in desktop? And that is true you will also get error after publishing PBIX file to service although you get access in desktop by my way.

As this is a known issue as I said, you can keep an eye on the update time.

Is that in Desktop? The problem is in PowerBI online.
