Dynamically change parameters in PBI service?

Hello,

Currently it is possible to manually change the parameters of a report uploaded to PBI service.

Is it also possible to change the parameters dynamically through the PBI rest api, eg. via a powershell script or a .net app?

Thanks! That was basically a "let me google it for you". For good measure, I did search the topic using several combinations of keywords, but the solution in the link didn't turn up.
