Dynamic image

Hi, I've used ImgViewerVisual.0.1.0 to show images at dashboard, the image url is retrieved from stream analytics and updates every time new image/image url arrives.

However it seems the ImgViewerVisual.0.1.0 doesn't update the image. Do you have any suggestions how to update the image every time new url data arrives?

Thanks 🙂

@hopey Have you checked that table in your dataset gets updated with new image URL?

If your dataset is updated then it takes approx 15 mins for the visual cache to be updated from the updated dataset.

Data is coming from Stream analytics and other visuals update every second or so...

Hi Hopey,

According to your description, the image URL  is coming from Stream analytics and other visuals update every second or so, so you need the image refresh every second auomatically, right?

The two options for schedule frequency are daily and weekly. For daily option, it is maximum 8 times a day. So I am afriad your issue cannot be achieved currently. If you want to want to refresh the image every second, you can vote the idea on the link below.
