Dynamic Refresh for an Embedded Report in a Web Page

I am making use of a Python Rest API (which takes data from polarion) endpoint to get connected to Power BI Desktop. I made a sample report with basic visuals which comprise of 110 records. I embedded my report on a sample web page which I made by publishing the Desktop report to Power BI Service and then clicking on "File">"Embed Report">"Website or Portal", then I copy pasted the "embedding" code into my HTML web page code and the report gets displayed.

The problem with this report is now say for example if I add an extra record in polarion (which makes it 111 records), the changes made are reflected within Power BI Desktop upon clicking refresh. But, for the Web page report, the report stays as it is. I even tried refreshing the same report within Power BI service, yet no changes could be seen. For the change to be reflected, I have to publish my Desktop report all over again into Power BI Service and then make use of the new HTML embed report code within my web page HTML code.

Is there any way to make this whole process dynamic? Once I refresh my service report, the changes should be reflected accordingly on the web page instead of publishing the report from desktop to service.

Please help. Thanks.

Regards,

Kedar
