Dynamic Alerts send to different people

Hi,

I have a case scenario where I want to send alerts to different person as per when they have spend a certain amount of money in a particular month.

Say Person 1 has spend 2000 dollars , then the alert should only go to Person 1 stating that they have crossed certain limit and not to any other .

If Person 2 also crossed the 2000 limit then the alert should go to him as well.

Has anyone came across situation like this?

In your case scenario , is everyone's consumption limit different ? 

According to Microsoft's official documentation , there are a few things to note :

(1)When you add Alert , you can only send the email to the creator of the alert . So, if you want to send email to the specific user ,you need use another function(Use Microsoft Power Automate to trigger additional actions) in the configuration pane . (2)Alerts can only be set on tiles pinned from report visuals, and only on gauges, KPIs, and cards . For these three visuals, the displayed data are all sum data, which cannot be displayed directly according to the user distinction, so you need to set the Alert separately for each user's data, and then use it in conjunction with Power Automate .
