Duplicate Dashboard Copy is Blank Without Tiles

Can anybody explain to me why my duplicate dashboard is coming back blank? I created the dashboard myself, it was not shared with me, I am an admin in my workspace, and I was able to make this work in another workspace. Below are picks of my original dashboard and the subsequent blank copy of the dashboard if anyone is interested.

Tried to re-pro the issue with "Duplicate Dashboard", it was working fine for me.

Please check and let us know.
