A report is published to the service via Desktop. After going into the workspace and selecting the report, the "Download the .pbix file" in the File menu is displayed, but disabled. I am an admin so I am not sure why it is not an option. Any thoughts?

I saw on another post that when you are in workspace and the report is loaded, to just refresh the page and then download is available again. Not sure why that works but give it a try. I am using Chrome and it works.

@RGallagher320 - Is it turned off in Tenant Settings? I believe there is an option to enable or disable it. Also, if it uses RLS then you won't have that option I believe unless you are an Owner of the Workspace. There is some subtle thing there with RLS.
