Doe this image below(Navigation Arrows) an indicator that this report is shared via "Publish to Web" option?

Are you trying to check reports shared with you, or reports you have shared?  If the latter, just look in the menu on the top right to see what has been shared via publish to web. 

These things you mention are associated with publish to web, but I doubt it is exclusively publish to web

It's the former but thanks for the info as well because I never knew where to locate/manage embeded codes as well.

Well, if it's shared by others, what would be the indications? it would be easy to tell if that someone is from a different company but if his within my company how can I tell?

You can open the notification center to check the notice messages.

You can direct publish to group to share the report to group. They will get the notice message.

In addition, if you want to aleart the user you shared the dashboard, you can also use the share function, these users will receive an email with the access link.

The URLs are different. Create one yourself and compare with a report link - you will see the difference.
