When I update an app, the dialog says it can take 5-10 minutes, but can also take up to one day.
How reliable is this?
I added a specific user to the app during update app workflow, and it's been two hours and the user still cannot see the app.
I was sure to click the "Install this app automatically".
Does this really take one full day?
Hi @omacoder ,
Based on this document, If you are using the New App Workspace, and the user added to the app access list already has access to the app through the workspace, they will not be shown in the access list for the app.
Could you please check if the user you add to the app access list can view by the app link?
Best regards,
The user does not have access to the workspace.
The user was an invited guest to the tenant through Azure Active Directory.
The guest user "Invitation Accepted" status in Azure Active Directory = Yes.
The user does not see the App when they sign in, even though the app was published with "Install automatically".
Furthermore, the user cannot access the app through the app URL.
Feeling defeated. Help.
Hi @omacoder ,
Sorry for our late reply, Does the users appear in the Access list of Permissions if you enter "Update App" again? Does this issue happen with all the users or only the external users?
Best regards,
