Disable filter when switching to next page

Hi there,

I basically have two pages: the starting page shows a KPI on a weekly-basis from where I can switch via a side-navigation-button to the next page where the same KPI is shown as a time series for the whole year.

In Power BI Desktop I can perform these steps (switching back and forth) without a problem, but as soon as I publish it the following occurs: When I switch to the next page, the last-week-filter is shown instead of the whole year....

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you so much in advance!

Hi @Anonymous,

If you want to keep the default filter effects on the report page, I'd like to suggest you create a bookmark to save the current filter effects then you can bind to your navigation button's action.
After these, you can use that button to navigate to the corresponding report page with saved filter effects.

Create bookmarks in Power BI Desktop to share insights and build stories

Use buttons in Power BI#select-the-action-for-a-button

Hi, @Anonymous  What's your button action type? "page navigation"?
