DirectQuery to Analysis Services

We have a power bi report that is doing directquery to Analysis Services Cube.

All of the users except for one is able to access the report in Power BI Service. The only thing that makes this user different is that he is new to the team.

Does anyone has any tips/ideas on how to debug this issue?

There is no RLS on this report so I am guessing the users are accessing the cube through the credentials established when publishing the report (in this case its my credentials). Is that correct?

Was able to figure this one out.

The cube already had the other users added on.

This particular user was not added to the cube so they were not able to access the report in the service.
