Difference between New workspace and Classic workspace

Does new workspace have all the features of workspace now? In March, the usage tracking report was not availalbe for new workspace (it was added later).  Does similar issue still exists on new workspace?

Yes the New App Workspace does have the usage tracking. As well as all the features in the classic workspace and more.
