Diferencia horaria

Buenas tardes a toda la comunidad!

Arme un reporte de datos historicos, donde el conjunto de datos proviene de Cosmos DB. Los datos estan almacenado en UTC + 0 . En Power BI desktop hago la conversion de la columna a zona horaria local (UTC - 3) y anda todo bien. Una vez que publico el reporte en PowerBI.com me muestra el horario en UTC, es decir no respeta la conversion a zona horaria local. Hay alguna configuracion del tipo regional que tenga que hacer?

The display on the service is controlled by the locale settings of the user looking at the report.
